What is the cost for shipping within Singapore?
Delivery charges within Singapore depends on our local courier service, Janio Asia. You will know the cost, once you have completed your order. Delivery charges depend on the weight of the parcel.
How long does it take to deliver my parcel?
We understand our customer's enthusiasm in expecting the arrival of your beloved shawls. Therefore, you can expect the shawls to arrive at your doorstep within 2 - 3 working days time, within Singapore.
If customers do not receive their order within 2 weeks, please contact us at info@diyanahalik.com to track your order.
Has my order been shipped yet?
An email will be sent to your registered email address to inform you regarding the current status of you order.
Once the order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email for your convenience to track your parcel's whereabouts.
Orders are processed on within three (3) working days.
More working days; usually 14 working days for pre-order items.
Can I choose to pick my order up from your store?
Unfortunately, no, we do not accept self collect at the moment.
Should you need your items urgently, please try to call or email us at info@diyanahalik.com - and we will try our level best to do what we can to assist you.
Unpaid orders that are not claimed within three (3) days, after the order is placed will be cancelled.

Which address should I ship my parcel to?
If you are a working woman, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like Janio Asia operate between 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays.
If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery, Janio Asia has the right to leave your parcel at your doorstep / door. Usually, they will try to contact you before doing so, in order to make sure that they have the right address.
